With a secondary dwelling attached, the layout makes smart use of space while ensuring privacy and flow between zones. Positioned to face north, the home is flooded with natural light, an intentional choice that shaped both the layout and the finishes.
A custom American oak front door sets the tone on arrival, opening to natural hardwood timber floors and soft, considered lighting throughout. Outside, exposed concrete surfaces meet beautifully landscaped areas, creating a home that feels grounded, light-filled, and ready for life on the coast.
After years of being nervous to start a renovation, Paul made us feel confident. He took our plan and made design changes that improved functionality and aesthetics.
