Designed in collaboration with Dave from Design Smart Living, the build involved tying a brand-new upper level into the existing structure, no small feat given the quirks of the original layout. But with careful planning and a focus on flow, the transition feels seamless.
Breathing new life into a tired red brick classic, we introduced soft curves throughout the home to create a sense of movement and warmth, while detailed finishes added a layer of modern comfort. Skylights in the bathrooms flood the space with natural light, and breeze blocks nod to the coastal setting. In the backyard, a sparkling pool completes the transformation, turning an outdated home into a relaxed, functional retreat.
