We’ll discuss your goals, assess your space, and outline the budget. Already have plans and approvals? We’re ready to jump right in.

Design and planning
We team up with Dave from Design Smart Living to create a design that reflects your vision. We’ll also provide pre-costings to make sure we’re staying within budget before moving forward.

Pre-construction preparation
We take the stress off you by handling all of the approvals and engineering. We also engage with All Coast Certifiers for all construction requirements and certification and finalise the materials and finishes you’ve selected, and then finalise your quote.

Contracts and insurance
Once you’ve accepted your Fixed-Price quote or Cost-Plus quote , we sign the contracts. Your contract will outline the details of the job, including all the information about progress payments.

Construction begins
The vision begins to take shape! We’ll execute your project with precision, keeping you up to date throughout the process.

Quality assurance
We aim for a great result, not just a good one. We inspect every detail to ensure your home meets our high standards of excellence.

Final walkthrough
When we’ve completed the build, we’ll take you through your new space. This is your opportunity to see every detail and make sure it’s exactly as you imagined.

Post-project support
Our relationship doesn’t end when the build does. We check in with you after completion to make sure you’re happily settled in your new home. And if any questions come up later, we’re only a phone call away.
